Consultations
All consultations are free and without obligation. During your consultation, we will assess your garment, discuss your requirements, and provide an estimated cost and timeframe for the work.
Pricing
Pricing is provided after an in-person assessment of your garment. The complexity of the alteration, the fabric type, and the time required all factor into the final cost. We will always confirm the price with you before beginning any work.
Deposits
For larger or more complex alterations, a deposit may be required before work begins. This will be discussed and agreed upon during your consultation.
Timeframes
Standard alterations typically take 5-7 working days. Bridal and complex alterations may require longer, and we recommend booking well in advance of your event. Rush services may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Fittings
Depending on the complexity of your alteration, one or more fittings may be required to ensure the perfect fit. We will advise you on the number of fittings needed during your initial consultation.
Collection
Garments must be collected within 30 days of completion. We will notify you when your garment is ready. Payment is due upon collection unless otherwise agreed.
Care & Liability
We take the utmost care with every garment entrusted to us. However, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, fabric weaknesses, or issues arising from the original construction of the garment. Any concerns will be discussed with you before work begins.
Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you. We do not share your information with third parties. Photographs of our work may be used for portfolio purposes only with your explicit permission.
